I have loved this Deep Sleep Herbal Brew! I got it because I felt like I've relied on melatonin or CBD gummies to fall and stay asleep a lot recently. The tea tastes nice and fits into my bedtime routine. I get sleepy as I would with melatonin, but not as suddenly. I wake up easier in the morning than I do after melatonin or gummies. Would absolutely recommend~
I’ve put this tea to the test one separate occasions. There was a week I was preparing for an event and I couldn’t fall asleep or stay asleep no matter what due to excitement. 3 days of no sleep, I finally decided to drink some tea and within 30 minutes, my body started relaxing. I was able to get in a meditative state and finally stayed asleep throughout the whole night. I also drink this tea on regular nights (no excitement of upcoming events) and I start my body feeling relaxed within 30 minutes. So I wouldn’t drink this unless I’m ready for bed within those 30 minutes. Perfect way to get in a healthy night routine :)

En los últimos meses he batallado mucho para poder dormir, ya había tomado de todo para poder conciliar el sueño y poder descansar,pero nada me funcionaba
Asta que tome este maravilloso tea , me relajo mucho y sin mas dormir directo asta el nuevo amanecer, desperté super y con buenas energías, ya que descanse súper rico toda la noche….

As a person who suffers from insomnia BADLY always trying to find something non habit forming to take and for a while it was sleepy time tea however after trying this tea from Xeden it’s without a doubt the best tea I’ve had thus far it gets you to sleep quickly and stayed in good deep sleep all night long first time I’ve slept 7-8 hrs non stop I woke up with such a clear head and high level of energy that I didn’t know could come from a good nights sleep/rest I add a tiny bit of natural honey just for a little sweetness I would recommend this tea for anyone looking for a true deep sleep
This product so far has helped me sleep throughout the night,I don’t see myself constantly waking up in the middle of the night like before.i like how this tea is actually enjoyable and has a distinct taste.

I use this tea mainly when I know I have to get to bed by a certain time. If I need to be asleep by 10 pm, I drink my tea around 9:30 and by ten I feel sleepy! It helps me wind down nicely.
